TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Divine Candles are direct and to the point throughout the entire process of selling candles and accessories. Use of this website and any transaction with Divine Candles indicates that you accept these terms and conditions, which may be revised at any time. Please read these terms carefully.
Any and all claims and/or disputes of any kind that in any way relate to, arise from or are in connection with any item sold by or listed by Divine Candles or your purchase or attempt to purchase any item from Divine Candles shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey to the exclusion of any other court where suit might otherwise be brought.
Divine Candles shall not be held responsible for any damages other than the actual price paid to Divine Candles for the item purchased and purchaser hereby waives any and all claims for additional losses incurred. Purchaser shall be defined as any person or entity that purchases, attempts to purchase or claims damages of any kind, which relate to, arise from, or are in connection with any item sold by or listed by Divine Candles. Divine Candles reserves the right to decline any offer, or to not sell a particular candle at any time. Divine Candles will not be responsible, or held liable for any mistakes to listings or misprints made by Divine Candles representatives and agents.
Right of Return
Divine Candles allows you 14 days to return a product on stock that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is received by you or a representative previous designated by you and announced to Divine Candles. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been used beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.
If the product is returned within 14 days of its delivery, you will be reimbursed within 30 days.
In order to make use of this right of return, you will act in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions that Divine Candles provided when the offer was made and/or at the latest upon delivery.
You are precluded from the right of return if the product has been created by Divine Candles in accordance with your specifications or if the products are clearly of a personal or nature or cannot be returned due to their nature.
The right of return is not available for the Cutomized Products on order.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
International buyers assume all responsibility for any and all duties, taxes, tariffs or customs due.
NEW JERSEY BUYERS:
New Jersey buyers are subject to New Jersey County sales tax.
PRICING & PAYMENT:
Divine Candles reserves the right to make any change to pricing, specifications, and availability of inventory without prior notice. Statements made on this website are the opinion of Divine Candles.
YOUR PRIVACY:
No information you provide on the website or to Divine Candles in person or over the phone will ever be sold to a third party. This site does use cookies to track data about visitors, which is not personally identifiable.
